Our programs

Starting with a warm up, light stretching and skill based drills. we then move on to our class material, all our classes are 40 minutes long.

Japanese jiujitsu

The art of movement always going with never against, an amazing way to train the mind and body to get into shape. The original martial art of Japan's samurais it blends all skills together strikes, throws, locks and grappling into one fluid art form.

kickboxing

Kickboxing is a high intensity work out guaranteed to get your heart pumping, muscles burning and never boring all while also challenging you! Learning the science to stand up fighting while also improving physical strength, coordination and flexibility.

kids classes

Our kids classes (Ages 6+) are a fun fast paced environment with a mixture of both our jiujitsu and kickboxing programs. Teaching them essential life skills like respect, self control, self defence and how to fall properly.

We are now also offering Little Samurais class for 4 to 5 year olds. In this class they will learn the basics of Jiu-Jitsu, in a play-based learning settings.
